# How To Make It:
01 - Arrange eggs in a saucepan and cover fully with cold water. Bring water to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 9 to 10 minutes.
02 - Transfer boiled eggs to an ice bath and let them cool for 5 minutes. Peel eggs gently to maintain smooth surfaces.
03 - Slice eggs lengthwise and carefully remove yolks, placing them into a mixing bowl.
