# How To Make It:

01 - In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; mix until smooth and creamy.
02 - Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly on each cracker.
03 - Place a cucumber slice slightly off-center atop each cracker to represent the iceberg.
04 - Using a small spoon or piping bag, place a rounded mound of the cream cheese mixture onto the cucumber slice to create the polar bear's head.
05 - Add two capers as eyes, one black olive slice as nose, and insert two small radish slices into the sides as ears on each cream cheese head.
